We offer refunds on faulty garments only. If you are returning an item you need to send a request via email to info@whatlolawants.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will be happy to assist you.

Faulty items are to be posted back using only traceable delivery. We will process this free of charge and issue you a full refund including postage after receiving the faulty garment back. 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
